Mint Certified FD-141 Grateful Dead Poster
Late in the history of the Family Dog—around number 129—the decision was made to print the posters in black ink as a cost-savings tool. The posters from this era are not as popular as the full-color versions, but there are still some great-looking pieces. The print runs are a bit smaller than their color counterparts. This poster marks the October 1968 appearance of the Grateful Dead at the Avalon Ballroom. It was designed by Wes Wilson.
Medium: A Buyers Premium of 15% will be added to the hammer price of all lots.
