Condition Report:
The work was inspected framed. Extremely close inspection reveals some very light wear and short rub marks in towards in places along the extreme edges and corners and very faint stretcher bar marks along the two vertical edges. Further extremely close inspection reveals a few short and fine drying cracks to the white pigment in the upper centre of the composition, a few minute paint losses in the lower right quadrant, and a few minute media and splash accretions in isolated places. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals a few small spots of retouching towards the lower left corner. This work is in very good condition.
