biography:
Viktor Pavlovich Mishnev was born in 1941 in the village of Aidar, Lugansk region. He studied at the Lugansk Art College. Teachers: V. Vainreb, T. Kapkanets, N. Ivantsova. Since 1965 he has participated in regional and republican exhibitions. Member of the National Union of Artists of Ukraine since 1987. Personal exhibitions were held in Donetsk in 1981 and 1985. Author of thematic paintings, landscapes and portraits. His works are preserved in museums and private collections in Ukraine, Russia, the United States, Germany and Israel.
