A stained and painted wooden hulled model pond yacht with a painted deck, cabin and fittings, and a single mast with linen cloth sails, height of the hull, 36" (91.5 cm). Together with a Tapley & Co. vintage gradient meter with a painted circular dial and patent numbers 21517-1910-176683-1922, case diameter, 3.24" (8 cm), and a reproduction painted cast metal miniature Flying Scotsman locomotive name plaque, length, 28" (71 cm).
Condition Report:
- Crudely over-painted in some parts.
- Some fittings are not original and have been replaced.
- The rigging is not original and has been damaged or possibly incomplete.
- The dial of the gradient meter is stained and marked, the needles moves but slowly and the case is worn and pitted.
- The painted plaque has loss and wear to the paint.
