On the back, the glass base gives a glimpse of the complex hand-wound movement. The front is protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal.

Helvetica is Latin and means “Switzerland”. This name has become probably the most popular typography in the world. Mondaine uses the classic 1957 font for the first time in the No. 1 watch collection, creating another design icon. The striking shape of the 1 is reflected in the case, the left-aligned dial design is unique. The regular version reflects the discreet and elegant character of this font. A tribute to a true classic of Swiss design.
