Montana Blackfoot Beaded Hide Doll c. 1960

Featured in this lot is this Montana Blackfoot beaded hide doll circa 1960-1970. The Blackfoot doll features a wonderfully and professionally crafted hide and beaded construction that shows trade seed beads that decorate the vest and leggings and shows coloration of: pumpkin orange, black, medium red, and yellow. The moccasins, leggings, and the vest are beaded with trade thread for the hair and bun. The condition of this of this Blackfoot doll is well preserved with no obvious signs of damage and shows a well preserved overall condition. The measurements of this doll is and stand is 13 1/2" x 7 1/4" x 5 5/8". The collective weight of this doll and stand is 10oz.
