Beautiful Montblanc ballpoint pen, HERITAGE 1912. The Montblanc Heritage Collection 1912 is a tribute to Montblanc´s history. Their fountain pens in two different designs exceed even the most demanding requirements in terms of technology and aesthetic. Following the inspiration of the historic black rubber writing instrument, the cap and reservoir of this limited edition of 1,000 units were made of the highest quality black lacquer. The variant made of precious resin in coral red recalls the colours of the ballpoint pens from the 1920s. The amount of units, 333, is a reference to the three founders of Montblanc. Both models are crowned on the cap with Montblanc´s emblem made of snow white mother-of-pearl. About the theme The Heritage Collection takes a look back at Montblanc´s early landmarks and fuses past and present to create a new and striking work of art. The Montblanc Heritage Collection 1914, with its size and shape, pays homage to its legendary predecessor, the Simplo safety fountain pen, which was also known as ‘Goliat’ due to its high capacity and impressive size. With a new outfit, this limited amount of units now recalls with full brilliance the great achievements in the past and honours the pioneering technologies and the passionate visionary spirit of Montblanc´s master craftsmen in the early 20th century.
