Montblanc marks the centenary of the death of Mark Twain, the great American recorder who took inspiration from the mighty Mississippi River. The deep blue resin reflects the river's shallow waves with sinuous curved lines. The upper part of the lid is similar in shape to the steamers of Mississippi steamers, the steam of which is exemplified by a precious ivory-colored resin. The clip consists of a stylized harp, a musical instrument popular in Twain's southern states at the time. The main features of this exclusive limited edition ring are Mark Twain's signature and pen number on the cap.
