Monumental French Renaissance Revival walnut buffet a deux corps, late 19th century, the upper cabinet having an arched pediment centering an urn finial over a rectangular cabinet fitted with two glazed doors opening to adjustable display shelves, and flanked by detached columns and graduated carved backboards also with display shelves, the lower cabinet having a curving breakfront over a conforming cabinet fitted with four frieze drawers and four carved doors opening to adjustable shelves, labeled center back 'Ameublement/Henri Boisnard/Marseille' the whole rising on a molded base and compressed bun feet, 115"h x 92"w x 27"d.
