Monumental Figural Grandfather Clock. Dial signed "New England Clock, Farmington, Conn. U.S.A." has gilt brass Roman hour numerals and sub seconds dial; brass covered pendulum bob and brass covered weights hanging from solid brass pulleys; the movement is signed, "Hermle." Mahogany case has carved putti on top holding flowers, with a large full standing woman beneath the dial holding flowers, standing on the base with a cupid near her feet holding a bird. Base is heavily carved with acanthus and filigree. Late 20th century. Dimensions: 56 in. wide x 91 in. high.
