This week some high quality porcelain “Chinese taste” items from own collection available for sale, all with no, or low reserve price! Chinese porcelain langyao moon flask vase, marked Qianlong – Qing dynasty . For sale is a top museum quality Chinese porcelain Langyao moon flask vase, marked with a 6 character seal mark Qianlong. This top quality moon flask vase has a beautiful glaze from wine red to sky blue. The stylized handles are notched with lingzhi twigs. This fantastic vase has a weight of more than 3 kilos. The finish of the foot indicates an origin in the 19th century or earlier. The 6 character seal mark Qianlong is notched in the porcelain before the baking process. This heavy moonflask bottle vase has an outside thick red glaze known under the name Langyao, or sang the boeuf. This one is particularly attractive and rare because of the heaven blue colored washes between the red glaze, and his large size! Nice crackled glaze visible at the mouth rim. A real top piece, very difficult to find! Please have a good look at all the pictures. Provenance: private collection. Condition: Excellent! Uncleaned as found condition. Small age related wear such as small scratches. No damages, no chips, no frits, no hairlines! Size: This vase measures about 31cm in height and the belly measures about 24 cm across. This large vase weighs about 3,06 kg. Will be packed very well and shipped with registered track/trace with insurance.
