Uncommon solid 14K gold Moore safety fountain pen in acid etched overlay in pansy pattern with Moore 14K fine flexible nib. Marked 14K near butt end of barrel, weight 28.4g. Length 4 3/4”, filling mechanism dropper fill. Overall excellent condition, one small dent to edge of cap. Cap engraved TM Robinson W Madison St Chicago, Mr Robinson appears to have been a jewelry merchant who had his office in this location when this pen was produced.
