Benelli M1 Super 90 as imported by Benelli with matching box. Ghost ring sights, 3" chamber. Fixed stock, pistol grip. Laser Corps flashlight forend. PROVENANCE: Copy of original Form 3 indicating receipt directly from Benelli. CONDITION: Fine, retaining virtually all of the factory finishes with a few minor marks scattered about from handling and operation. Action works appropriately when cycled by hand, bore very good with some evidence of firing. Flashlight does not illuminate and needs attention. Box has a few pressure marks and some roughness at corners but complete. THIS IS A NATIONAL FIREARMS ACT ITEM AND REQUIRES BATF APPROVAL PRIOR TO TRANSFER.
