NAVAL OFFICER'S SHIP'S BAG UNDERPAID 6d-RATE COVER EX CALLAO TO G.B. WITH G.B. 6d LILAC; 27 July 1864 env. (filing note date) from an Officer on "H.M.S. LEANDER" (printed flap) sent by PSNC 'Chile II' from Callao to Panama, franked by a GB Small Letters 6d Lilac; but the Officer's Rate had recently changed to 1/- by this route, and so the stamp was tied by the London special purposes "50" Numeral in transit with a m/s "6" charge and a small encircled London "MORE/TO/PAY" (which also ties the stamp) as well a small red 'quartered circle' London Inspector's Mark (matching the 29 Aug.
