NEVERS, late 18th early 19th century. Three revolutionary PLACES with contoured edges in stanniferous earthenware. Polychrome decoration of big fire. - Two PLACES decorated in the center of Mirabeau's tomb, urn and garland of flowers. One with yellow and black iridescent wing. On the reverse side the handwritten inscription "Ripault". - ASSEMBLY decorated in a yellow medallion of a tomb in a wooded landscape. On the reverse side handwritten posterior inscription "Ripault", tomb of Jean Jacques Rousseau". It is probably the provisional tomb erected in 1778 on Poplar Island in the park at Ermenonville (today called Jean-Jacques Rousseau Park). The tomb will be replaced in 1780. Diam. 22.5 cm.
