NICKEL COLT TYPE 1 NEW MODEL POLICE BEECH LOADING

REVOLVER. Cal. 38 RF. S#. 677. This nice nickel type 1 is fit with a 4.5" '62 bbl with ejector and 1-line New York address. 5-shot fluted rebated cylinder marked with "77" on the breech face. Pinned RF hammer. 1-piece walnut grips. The bbl, frame, straps & cyl are matching. The grips are numbered to another gun. The loading gate & arbor are marked with the assembly number 633. CONDITION: Overall very fine. The metal surfaces retain 90% of the original nickel plating with some flaking and light handling marks. Grips are good with lightly worn varnish and scattered light handling marks. Some of the screws retain some of the nitre blue. Nice bore with some light wear.
