No. 2594. Boldly signed by John Hart, Signer of the Declaration of Independence. PMG has correctly noted a Previous Mounting on the back of the holder. This is commonly referred to as the "Raid" issue or "Proclamation Money." John Hart signed notes are seen much more frequently on the subsequent March 25th issue, but not so much on this February series.
