A stunning multi-coloured necklace of Tahitian pearls, selected for their shimmering green, aubergine, grey and blue overtones, and finished with an elegant clasp in solid silver. The exotic Tahitian pearl is grown for around 2 years in the black-lipped Pinctada maxima oyster from the warm saltwater lagoons of French Polynesia. The overtones of the pearls are carefully matched in the peacock colours to create an elegant necklace that is unique and easy to wear. The round pearls measures between 8x10. 5mm in diameter, creating a slight graduation to the front of the necklace. The pearls have a beautiful nace quality and clean surface with some minor natural growth characteristics that do not detract from the elegance of the necklace. Knotted between each pearl for safety, the necklace is completed with an elegant clasp in solid silver.
