NOVERDY - Lamp (1)

The lamp is unique because the shade is a real art glass and not mass produced pressed glass from a mould. The glass shade is thick and the artistic design on the surface is made by dipping it in acid which eats away the glass to leave the very stylish abstract floral design. This technique was used by the great Charles SCHNEIDER in his acid etched art glass vases and bowls. The NOVERDY signature is etched in raised letters on the surface. No chips or cracks.
