Detailed gouache rendering for 150 E 61st St. Gouache is signed Glushak '60. Architect information on the old mat. Comes with a letter dated 1961 about building. Dimensions: (Frame) H 41.5" x W 31", (Sight) H 29" x W 22" Condition: No glass. Mat stained, torn, wavy. Gouache appears in good condition.
