Nancy Taylor, a Raleigh native, earned her BS degree at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a major in Interior Design, which developed her design skills. She was is a member of the American Watercolor Society of New York, National Watercolor Society in California and The Rocky Mountain National Watermedia Society in Colorado.
