Napoleon III Ormolu / Faux Lapis Lazuli Ebonized

A 19th century Napoleon III ebonized and ebony wood with bronze ormolu and lapis lazuli inset panels. Main cabinet supports a two-tier etagère with mirrored back and four drawers and a pull-out writing surface below, above a frieze drawer and panelled door with an oval medallion cast in relief with a mythological scene with canted angles headed by female masks, above a shaped apron and with turned feet to the front and square feet to the back.
