Napoleonic Artillery Fuse Bandolier
French Military Artillery cartridge or fuse bandolier for the Heavy Cannon/Artillery Corp, circa. late 18th century - early 19th century. May have seen service in the Napoleonic Wars. Heavy tared leather construction, leather is stiff from age and the leather flap is in danger of disconnecting from the pouch. The cast brass insignia of crossed cannon barrels and a lit bomb is mounted to the front flap firmly and in original condition. Both brass belt rings are intact. The pouch measures 7.5 x 2 x 2.5 This is an authentic 100 to 150-year-old item, please observe photos carefully.
