Condition Report: Faint small withdrawal stamp to lower margin of first page and some early ownership signatures, title soiled and with light chipping to fore-margin; final leaf with strengthening near gutter, a short closed tear, and with chip to corner removing a couple of letters (chipped portion laid in for future restoration.) Some light foxing or similar minor blemishes. Very faint ink-stamp to page 101 in Appendix. As-is. Certainly worthy of having bound.
