Natural Burmese Type A Jadeite Jade Carved Pendant, 37AG

This substantial free-form pendant is carved from natural Burmese Type A jadeite jade, exhibiting soft pale base colour accented by vibrant patches of natural green colouration alongside subtle russet-brown mineral staining. The surface is densely decorated with deep relief traditional decorative motifs, featuring geometric scrollwork, textured granulated detailing and stylized symbolic elements, completed with a high-gloss polished finish. Natural internal crystalline textures and minor mineral traces typical of genuine untreated jadeite are visible throughout the carving. This well-executed decorative carving is ready for bail or cord mounting for necklace wear, and holds strong appeal for oriental jadeite collections. Its large robust form offers considerable visual presence when worn. Myanmar is the primary historic source for Type A jadeite jade, widely cherished for traditional ornamental carvings. Dimensions: 65x40mm.
