The authenticity of this work has been confirmed by Maurice Garnier.

Condition Report:
Executed on cream wove paper, laid down on canvas, the edges of which are taped. UV inspection reveals six scattered areas of retouching corresponding to small repaired tears. The work is slightly undulated at the upper left and lower right corners and the sheet is slightly time-stained. There is a small scratch to the left part of the upper edge. This work is in overall good condition.
