Sahmie/Hopi/Tewa", carved polychrome soft wood, with attached head and base, yarn, leather and fabric embellishments, 10-1/2 in.; Hototo signed on base "Hopi Hototo Kachina/Stacy Talahytewa 7-20/385", carved polychrome soft wood on attached base, with attached carved fox tail, with suede, fur and feather embellishments, 13 in. - Provenance: Private Florida Collection
Condition Report: overall good condition, Navuk-china with glue remnants at top of mask, apparently missing feathers or other embellishments; Hototo with small surface crack on white paint of skirt, both with minimal overall handling wear
