Navy Blue Polka Dot Gown by Carolyne Roehm c1990. This vintage inspired sz 10 strapless A-line gown by Carolyne Rohme features a navy blue and white polka dot textured fabric shell (content unknown), an empire waist with machine made lace overlay at the bust in a daisy motif, a floral beaded applique cluster at the front center bust, and a pleated waistband with a front facing bow. The bodice is boned and lined in navy blue acetate, the skirt is lined in a synthetic sheer navy blue fabric, and there is a back zip closure. Made in the USA. There is a tag with the name Martha sewn into the bodice. The dress is in good/fair condition with slight yellowing and discoloration to the lace overlay, loose beaded appliques, loose beads and bead loss to the floral appliques.
