Neolithic Stone Unique Serpentine Claw Pendant in Necklace

Typologie : Necklace with serpentine claw shape pendant.
Material : Serpentine, jade, silver.
Description : The larger beads and the "claw" are made of dark green serpentine, the smaller ones are mayan era jade beads (including a couple turquoise) ; some contemporary silver beads were added to enhance the ancient Serpentine beads.
Dating, hominid : These Serpentine beads belong to the Neolithic period, circa 7000/5000 years ago, and were conceived by Homo Sapiens Sapiens.
Origin : Found in Mauritania.
Length Necklace : 60 cm.
Condition : Intact, Superb Desert Patina.

Acquired in 2021 from Mr. Z. private collector, who has been collecting since the 70's.
