With title, legend, the city’s coat of arms and the coat of arms of the county of Holland in decorative cartouches. Verso: Latin text. Dimensions paper: 40. 7 x 51. 3 cm. Centrefold as issued with adequate margins. Sharp print and fresh and clear colouring. Along the centrefold is some discolouration. At the bottom is a hole that was reinforced on verso. Small hole in the top margin, but outside the image. Copper engraving from the second part of 'Civitates Orbis Terrarum' with engravings by Frans Hogenberg and texts by George Braun. Published from 1575 to 1617 in Cologne by a. o. Gottfried von Kempen and Bertram Buchholz.
