Three Large Signatures Appear Across The Front Booklet, Distributed Over The Upper-Left, Upper-Right, And Lower Portions Of The Cover. The Inscriptions Correspond To Kurt Cobain, Dave Grohl, And Krist Novoselic, Bringing All Three Principal Members Of Nirvana Together On The Imagery Of The Album Most Closely Associated With The Group'S International Breakthrough.
Released In 1991, Nevermind Transformed Nirvana From A Developing Alternative-Rock Act Into One Of The Defining Bands Of The Decade. The Album'S Cover, Title, And Visual Identity Have Since Become Inseparable From The History Of Grunge And Early-1990S Popular Music.

Marks, Signatures &Amp; Inscriptions:Bearing Signatures Associated With Kurt Cobain, Dave Grohl, And Krist Novoselic Across The Front Cover In Dark Ink. Original Dgc Records Album And Disc Markings Remain Visible.

Collecting Context:Complete Three-Member Nirvana Material Occupies A Substantially Different Collecting Category From Examples Bearing Only The Signatures Of Surviving Members. Objects Incorporating Kurt Cobain Together With Grohl And Novoselic Are Comparatively More Difficult To Assemble, And Nevermind Provides An Especially Desirable Format Because The Signatures Are Placed Directly On The Group'S Most Recognizable Album Artwork.
