The antique original Chinese turquoise necklace is made of polished, natural, blue-green turquoise/howlite nuggets. These are arranged according to size, strung on silk and knotted individually.
The chain is closed and opened with a tongue clasp made of silver called "silver", which is made using a fine filigree technique.
Chain length 66 cm,
Diameter of the nuggets approx. 6. 1 mm to 8 mm, length of the nuggets approx. 8. 6 mm to 14 mm
Together the turquoise nuggets have a carat weight of approx. 225 ct.
Very beautiful handwork in worn and well-maintained condition.
