The antique Victorian bangle is made of 800 silver. Since it is not hallmarked, I gave it to the master goldsmith for professional testing and he confirmed that it is silver with a fineness of at least 800. Part of the hallmark can be seen on the clasp at the raised catch for inserting the tongue.
The elegant bangle is equipped with a hinge and a tongue clasp with a safety chain, meaning it can be opened to put on or take off. The bangle has an oval basic shape and is set on the top and bottom with 4 rows of delicate salmon-red Mediterranean coral beads all around. The two middle rows of coral beads have a larger diameter than the two outer rows of coral beads. The elegant Sardegna corals are beautifully sorted in size, color and shape. The coral beads can also be moved around a little on the wires.
The oval cross-section of the bangle makes it very comfortable to wear.
