Noritake Nippon Hand Painted Sunset Landscape Porcelain Plate

Noritake porcelain plate in a circular form featuring a hand-painted landscape scene. The decoration depicts a stylized view of trees and water at sunset, rendered in a palette of orange, pink, and deep mauve with fine calligraphic linework. The verso is marked with a green printed insignia consisting of a laurel wreath encircling the letter M, with the words Hand Painted above and Nippon below. Two pierced holes are present on the foot rim for suspension, currently fitted with a wire hanger. A small round paper label is also affixed to the underside with the handwritten characters 15H.
