The frame is from Verlicchi, number 850F 113284.
License plate number is on the type plate.

The last Norton Commando frames were originally made by Verlicchi.
The numbers correspond to what you can find on the internet.

There is a small dent in the tank that is hardly noticeable.
Tachometer missing.
