unframed: 50 by 63cm.; 19¾ by 24¾in.
framed: 70.5 by 82cm.; 27¾ by 32¼in.
Executed in 1953.

We are grateful to Richard Cork for his kind assistance with the cataloguing of the present work.

Condition Report:
The sheet has been hinged to the mount with two pieces of tape to the upper left and upper right hand corners verso. The tape is visible through the sheet. The work appears to be in very good overall condition.

The sheet undulates slightly with some cockling to the edges. The sheet edges are deckled. Some creases to the upper edge with what appear to be some small vertical repairs to the sheet extending from the upper left hand edge. Some further possible minor repairs extending from the lower left hand edge. Artist's pinholes to the corners and edges at intervals. Staining to the mounting edges and some light time staining to the sheet. Some scattered specks of surface dirt, matter, studio detritus and some very minor specks of foxing.

Held under glass in a simple wooden frame.
