ORDENAÇAM da ordem do juyzo. Lisboa. 1539.

ORDENAÇAM da ordem do juyzo. Lisboa: Per Germã Gualharde, 1539.

a10; [10] ff.; 295 mm.

VERY RARE edition of this order established with the aim of ordering the administrative procedure in the context of trials to make it faster. Anselmo lists four editions of this order, the first in 1526, printed by Germão Galharde, the fourth, printed by João Barreira in 1557 and two others, the present one, by Germão Galharde in 1539 and another printed by João Álvares, with no date indicated. . It is difficult to understand which of the last two will be the second, as we know that João Álvares printed the "Ordenaçam for the students of the university of Coimbra" in 1539 in Lisbon, although it is likely that Germão Galharde still enjoyed the privilege of printing and did so before. Whatever it is, second or third, it is a beautiful edition, very rare, not mentioned by D. Manuel or Inocêncio, which begins with a beautiful cover with the coat of arms of Portugal, with the portrait of D. João III on the back. Very rare and valuable.

¶ Anselmo, 620, veja-se Anselmo 54, 148 e 575 para as restantes edições; Inocêncio, v.6, p. 324
