Cross of the Order of Saint Vladimir, 4th class, awarded to civilians, in gilded bronze; the slightly domed arms are enamelled red on a guilloché background with black borders; the center of the obverse is enamelled in polychrome and gold; the reverse is painted with black enamel. With a ribbon mounted on a metal core. A chip on the reverse has been restored; signs of wear.
