Mavlon Buronov, a Contemporary Uzbek artist, miniature mixed media painting on paper depicting a scene with an ancient and a boy, 1996, in the manner of miniature Indo Persian paintings. Signed with a red stamp and dated upper right. Signed, inscribed in pencil, Bukhara, and dated in pencil lower to the center. Framed. Mavlon Buronov studied painting in his native Bukhara, as well as in St. Petersburg and Tashkent. His work is a synthesis of Oriental and Occident artistic traditions. The miniatures contain both the canonical experience and the handwriting of the artist himself. One of a kind artwork.
