Red medallion and pendants occupy a navy blue field suspended above a red subfield. Bold Herati pattern extends throughout. Dark amethyst and faded yellow guard borders. Ivory main border with serpentine serrated leaves and blossoms.
Condition: First Quarter of the 20th Century. Somewhat uniform wear to pile throughout entire carpet beginning to expose foundation. Random exposure of side cords. Exterior guard border almost entirely worn away at one end.
