ORNATE Yemeni Janbiya Curved Inlaid Double Knife

Featured in this lot is this ornate Yemini Janbiya curved inlaid double knife circa 1920's. The knife features a wonderfully and professionally crafted steel construction that shows some etched floral construction with a beautiful hilt and well crafted leather wrapped wooden sheath. The condition of this Janbiya knife is well preserved with some slight wear and patina to the leather sheath and adorning the blade but otherwise shows a well preserved overall condition. The overall measurements of this knife is 13 1/4" x 2 1/2" x 1" and the blade length is 7 3/4". The overall weight of this knife and sheath is 1lb.
