Three body tonneau Oyster stainless steel case with convex profile, n. 1781954, second series fixed bezel with 300 units per hour tachymetric graduation, screw back serial 6239, Twinlock crown and push buttons. Not original leather strap and original steel Rolex buckle. Convex Tropic model glass.
Paul Newman dial signed on the back “Singer”. Matt black dial, “Rolex Cosmograph” under the Rolex crown and “Daytona” above the hour register, “T SWISS T” under the 6 o’clock index. Applied indexes side by side with tritium dots, outer minutes and 1/5 seconds chronograph division in red on white field, sunk subsidiary dials for the small seconds, 30-min and 12-hour registers on white background with concentric engravings and the featured square hashes. Luminous bâton hands, white lacquered chronograph hand.
Manual winding movement, signed “Montre Rolex S.A.” on five rows, cal. 722-1, rhodium-finished, 17 jewels, straight-lever escapement, monometallic balance regulated by Microstella screws, adjusted to 3 positions, white self-compensating Breguet hairspring, free sprung, KIF Elastor shock-absorber.

Note: working, but a servicing is suggested because the watch isn’t been serviced from 80s. Signs of the strap between the lugs among the words "Stainless Steel" and the serial number, and at the height of the reference number. Glass with scratches.
