White enamel dial, signed “Universal Watch”, Arabic hour numerals, minutes and 1/5 seconds divisions, sunk subsidiary dials for the seconds and the 30min register, outer telemetric and inner snail tachymetric scales. Blued “Empire” Breguet hands.
Manual winding movement, signed “Universal Watch”, caliber 16’’’ Universal 338 1st series, gilded, column wheel system for the chronograph, lever escapement, cut compensated bimetallic balance with screws, blued Breguet hairspring.
