GOLD KEY-WINDING POCKET WATCH WITH CHÂTELAINE, SIGNED VACHERON, 1840 CIRCA
Four body gold case entirely chiseled with floral motifs, engine turned back with central floral engravings, dome decorated and signed “Vacheron Freres”. Gilded metal châtelaine with five sections, garnished with hardstones and relief decorations depicting allegories and mytological figures.
White enamel dial, Roman hour numerals, minutes track, Breguet hands.
Going barrel bridge movement, cylinder escapement and annular balance.
