Condition Report:
Examined within frame, this work is in good condition. Minor surface dust observed with pinpoint surface dirt noted in isolated areas. Minor cracks noted on edges, green balloons, flowers, house and sitting block, with a small fish bone crack on figure's face and star crack on lower back observed. Gentle stretcher impression and scuff mark noted on right edge. Examination under ultraviolet light reveals no signs of restoration.
