Depicts steel mill's roller with a bloom being formed. Sheet size 16.25 x 12.25 inches, laid paper with partial watermark. 18.75 x 14.75 inch frame.

Condition: Shows toning and shadow from an older mat and frame, rematted and hinge taped to the upper left and right corners with archival tape. Foam core backing.
