One Gallon Can. An outstanding example of this highly sought after C. 1920's One Gallon Can for Sinclair Opaline Motor Oils showing an outstanding and high.y detailed Race Car graphic on each side with excellent script & colors. A product of Sinclair Refining Company, Chicago, Illinois. CONDITION: Side one is overall excellent showing outstanding color & gloss with only a minimal amount of light surface scratch in the lettering as well as some minimal age stain in the white backing. The graphic shows only light wear and overall displays incredibly well, Grade 8.5+. Side two shows an incredibly clean graphic with some moderate areas of paint scratching in the Opaline lettering. The white backing shows only very faint staining and also displays incredibly well, Grade 8.5. The right side of the can shows heavier scratching with some moderate paint loss and the left side is overall very clean. The can is dent free showing light metal wear with original lid, spout and carrying handle. Overall an incredible displaying example of this highly sought after Can from Sinclair. Condition: (8.5+).
