OUTSTANDING & RARE HIRES "TO YOUR HEALTH" TIN LITHOGRAPH SIGN W/ UGLY CHILD GRAPHIC

SST. Maker marked "Chas. W. Shonk Co. Litho, Chicago." An amazing c. 1910s Hires "To Your Health" tin lithograph with tremendous Ugly Child graphic. CONDITION: The sign has outstanding color throughout the image with multiple areas of surface staining throughout, which are most visible in the black background. The sign has a few deeper scratches with paint loss in the outer field and a few very minor pinpoint-sized areas of paint loss, also in the black background surrounding the graphic. The outer edges of the sign show minor areas of staining, as well as two added holes at the top and paint loss, most notably in the top right-hand corner. Overall, an absolutely outstanding piece that is hardly ever available in any condition. Condition: (8.75). Dimensions: 20" X 28"
