The lid, which opens on a hinge, is adorned with a landscape scene set within an oval cartouche.Hallmarks: 2nd Rooster, 1st standard; and head of a Greek woman, 1st standard, Paris 1809–1819.Silversmith’s mark: Jean-Baptiste Coquelin (registered in 1805).
