Measurements: The sapphire with bezel measures approximately 7/8 inch by 1 1/8 inches.
Overall Condition: Electronic test indicates the metal is 18 karat gold. The mounting shows signs of having been from another piece of jewelry. There is a chip to the top of the sugarloaf. The sapphire including the bezel weighs approximately 162.50 carats.
